Worldwide Properties Closes on 10 Unit Condo for Planned Hotel

Worldwide Properties recently closed on the 10 Unit Condominium Building at 221 Collins Avenue in Miami Beach, Florida. Roland Ortiz, Sales Director and Co-Founder of Worldwide Properties facilitated the complex deal which involved negotiating with each individual Owner to buy out their unit.

The new owners of 221 Collins Avenue currently own the hotel on the corner of the same block, Blanc Kara and plan to utilize the building to expand their hotel business.

“This is a new trend and our office in the past six months we have expanded our commercial division to focus on working with condo associations so that they are represented appropriately in the Sale of an Entire Building.
