50 Biscayne is a 57-story condo tower located at 50 Biscayne Boulevard, in the heart of Downtown Miami’s Central Business District. It’s known for its unique architecture, waving red neon lights atop the roof, and signature columns and sidewalks around the base. 50 Biscayne was inspired by the Miami Modern (MiMo) style, and has many design features inspired by landscape architect Roberto Burle Marx.
The development is part of what’s known as the “Biscayne Wall,” which is a series of buildings and parks stretching along Biscayne Bay. At its base, 50 Biscayne serves its urban neighborhood with upscale commercial and retail space; inside, a three-story lobby gives way to the Park Suites – condos on floors 4 through 9 custom-furnished by the Rockwell Group.
Levels 10 to 12 are two-story floors with exclusive hotel-style amenities for residents, like a deck with an infinity-edge pool, a fitness and spa facility encompassing two floors as well as a club/party area. Beyond this are the rest of the building’s condo residences, which range in size from studios to four-bedroom units over 3,000 square feet.
